Dimsimlim a.ka. Vincent Yeow Lim is a the ”Wolf of wok Street” of Australia and is one of Tiktok’s popular creators. He is the owner of Lawson Chinese Restaurant in the Blue Mountains. He is exploding on social media, his most of his videos are based on Food, which has won the attention and love of many followers.
Before starting her own restaurant, let’s go a few years back. Dimsimlim completed his graduation from Curtin University in 2016. He also worked at the Perth International Airport and handled Commercial cooking, management & catering. Later, he also worked as Chef for the Emirates 1st class and Business class Lounge. After a few years, he opened his own restaurant by the name ”Lawson Chinese in the Blue Mountains”.
Lim’s recipes have been praising the hack and bombarding the chef to share the recipe, with comments. The release is the second in KFC’s newly-launched Kentucky Fried Cookin’ series, which will see the brand collaborate with familiar Aussie chefs and foodies on a number of unique dishes that ‘hack’ their iconic menu items.
